Worst customer service

CHECKERS HYPER WITBANK Worst customer service. Same all the time especially month ends. Express tills queue run till the back of the store. Only 2 express cashiers available and it's month end. And the queue runs through the Isles where the freezers are. I stood for 20 minutes ....barely moved...was still at the back. Started feeling sick with the cold freezers and decided to leave..their excuse for not employing more cashiers is to keep costs down!!!!!! Oh and the manager was conveniently not available. Hats off to Pick & Pay...never experienced pathetic service like that from them.
