Worst customer service at Checkers Hyper Fleurdal Bloemfontein

I had the worst service ever at Checkers Hyper Fleurdal in Bloemfontein. I was looking for a packet of size 5 Lovies nappies. There was no one to assist in the baby department and the other shop assistants that I could find indicated that they can't help me because that is not their department. After waiting for over 15 minutes I decided to call the customer care number *** to ask them to please send someone to come and assist me, that did not help.

After waiting for over 30 minutes a kindhearted shop assistant went to go fetch the baby section manager named Leroy. He came and I told him that I need size 5 Lovies nappies, he said he was going to check on the system if they had any. I waited another 20 minutes and he didn't come back. I called the customer service line again and they put me through to Leroy's cellphone and he told me that he is still checking. After waiting for another 20 minutes after my call to Leroy I decided to leave the shop empty handed. So I basically wasted over an hour at the Checkers Hyper Fleurdal for absolutely nothing.

This is the worst service I have ever received at a retail store in my life.
