Worst customer experience ever

Worst service ever.I want to withdraw money from their tills and none of the staff members are willing to assist.The manager even suggested that I call head office knowing that the call center is not operating at the moment.I've tried communicating with them on Facebook and guess what??My texts are left on seen which means they are ignoring me.
