Worst customer experience

Today i have had yet another horrible experience at Checker Hyper Parrow centre. I went to the deli to order rotisserie chicken i had to wait for service while 3 staff members was busy having their own peraonal conversation, hugging and soeaking in each others ears despite having customers in the que. I then decided to address the matter in a very polite manner and told them that tjis is not the time or place to chitchat. I was then very rudely laughed at and spoken about in a different language when my husband questioned then they abruptly told him that they are busy and went on laughing at us again and started speaking about us in our faces,i then walked away. I went to managers office to make a complaint, note that this manager is non existent as i had purchased chicken that was off a month ago and was promised a call which never happend. Today i was also promised a call back and it never happened. I must say that the lack of service is appalling to say the least, i swear to god that i will never set foot in any of your stores again. I think you could learn a thing or two from Pick n Pay.
