Worst branch ive been to

Have complained numerous times about brackenhurst being under staffed... queues are ridiculous and only half the tills are open. Nothing is ever done. On top of that, they are not packing frozen foods properly. Severe thermal abuse is occuring. Bought 2 frozen pizzas which are half thawed. The one box broke from being wet from defrosting and the pizza fell right out. That store needs serious attention and I actually hate going there but do so out of convenience. So either the frozen foods arrive at the store half defrosted or the staff at the store are not packing them timeously. Please can head office sort this branch out! Enough is enough.
