Worst App ever

I placed my order earlier this morning and was told delivery would be at around 2pm. When I tried tracking order after 2pm the app said it was cancelled due to "unsuccessful payment". This came as a suprise to me because money was deducted from my account and I even received an email from CheckersSixty advising why the deduction was 15% more than my basket. I tried calling the helpline and held on for more than 10 minutes and still no one to assist. It was my first time giving the app and service a try and I'm really annoyed right now. I just want my money back.
