Worse till service by AKHONA MIYA in CHECKERS OVERPORT

At 11:07am 27/11/2022 , on my lunch I went to Checkers in Overport to grab some stuff to pick me up since I have been on my feet for 6hours at a hospital nearby Checkers.. I went the grabbed 7 items and went to the till express where by the que was way to long then I went to other ques where it wasn't that bad so I wouldn't spend much time with another lady, we were assisted by AKHONA MIYA she started talking to the till packer about how dumb and stupid we are by coming to her till she only assists people with alot of stuff not us we wasting her time and even if we go report to the management of CHECKERS they won't do anything to her because it's her right to decide to she wants to assist .. she was talking in IsiZulu she thought I don't understand IsiZulu I just kept quite pretending to not understanding.little does she know I'm mixed race so i can hear both languages. I paid for my stuff I had to ask for a plastic she took her time with an attitude and took her time to give me my slip.. I went looking for Management I couldn't find at the time because I couldn't wait any longer looking because I needed to be at work.. I always shop at Checkers Overport because I'm Also a resident I've never had any complaints till this day by AKHONA MIYA, I still have my tillslip with her name or any other queries should I get assisted in reporting AKHONA MIYA what she did was unacceptable and uncalled for that's not how you treat customers if there's long ques on other ques we supposed to go to que thats not full I'm kind of hurt by her actions and disappointed
