Worse decline seen in a previously super service. Has Checkers 60/60 gotten too big, too arrogant and disrespectful of their customers? It certainly appears so: cancelled orders, wallet balance refund delays and overall terrible customer service. "I'm really sorry, Mam" seems to be their catchphrase.
