Worse Customer Service from Management

Yesterday we went grocery shopping with my Sister at Checkers Alberton New Market. Upon being assisted by the Cashier, she scanned an item that was not part of my sisters items and needed for a void for that to be removed. She walked to the Store Manager whose name is Gert who said that was not part of his job and he should not be in front and He then moved and was busy on his mobile phone right in front while we were waiting. The cashier then went to a Controller by the name of Zanele Nkosi who also took her time to come and claimed she was assisting a customer. She came and was complaining of how she was the only one and did not greet us nor offer her apology for keeping us waiting. I found their service very rue as one of the controllers surfaced and they had a big argument on the floor in front of customers about who was supposed to be visible and what not. The service from Gert was alarming as he had time to be on his phone while we wait and the audacity Zanele had to come and busy making noise and complaining and not greeting or apologising. Customer service just does not exist in that store.
