worried about staff *****ing but not customers!!

On Thursday last week we were pick pocketed at the Bram Fischer checkers centre. Upon reporting it to Judas the assistant manager we were given absolutely no help! They didn't show any interest in what had happened, didn't offer to assist us in any way, not closing doors, not walking with us, not taking our details, just staring at us. When asked if we could look at the camera footage we were told sorry we only have cameras by the tills. So? You are worried about your staff *****ing money but not your customers in the store? I had R2500 in my wallet to pay an account and it is gone, no interest from Checkers or management and staff! Judas gave my husband Justice the branch managers mobile number, they didn't take our details to give feedback, Justice after saying he will get back to us has not had the manners to do so. Checkers will never see me again and I will warn every person I know not to buy there again! I will not buy my companies groceries there ever again! I will sit in the parking lot with a sign warning customers. I am highly disgusted!
