Woodburn Checkers BAD Service

Checkers Woodburn has a stinking service I must say. I bought a sandwich press 9 months back now this thing is no longer working. Branch manager refused to exchange bcoz I don't have a slip yet I have a top part of the slip that shows time and date of the transaction but he just refused to reprint the slip for exchange.

When I email the customer care they tell me to login and print the slip myself. If is that so what was so difficult for a branch manager to login and see my slip?

This is not for the 1st time in this store. Last year I ordered a cake, on the day of collection they tell me they did not bake the cake bcoz the baker just came back on the day and no 1 told him about the cake.

Their attitude is bcoz I'm black or they just treat all customers like this?
