Was there in the week. A item wouldnt scan at the till. There were around 4 other staff standing around the till. The lady helping us waited till right at the end before she asked one of the 4 to get another item to see if it would scan. We waited quite some time for her to get back and the item still would not show its price. She then walked off again and as she did so i asked her politely to please hurry as we have already been waiting and she strolls as if she has no care or worry in the world. When i told her that she gave me a rised eyebrow and carried on with her slow stroll. Annoyed already the rest of the staff also looked at me weirdly as if to say whats her problem. Also when there is products on sale we always struggle to find them at this store. What happend to efficientcy and customer services? Your staff are rude and doesnt make it pleasant shppping there. What are they being paid for? To stand around and look pretty. In that case give the job to many others who would appreciate their job and not expect to get paid to do nothing.
