Withdrawal refusal

Went to Checkers in Eco-boulevard to withdraw cash amounting to R1600 from the money market and i was then told that i cant withdraw from that till using my intellicard, a lady by the name Sylvia told me that the other tills which were operational by that time don't have cash.

I don't know if thats an instruction from their superior to not process withdrawals for such cards because i have withdrawn from other sister stores at the money market till thats why it was a surprise for me to be told i cant withdraw there.

If thats an order from management, it will be highly appreciated if there's a signage to state that such cards are not allowed by that specific store.
