Withdraw of money

Want to go and Collect my money. The money market confirmed that I can withdraw the money at a till when paying for my stuff. The teller had no money. She called her supervisor. Supervisor send me back to the money market till. Customers unhappy because supervisor is not with me. No manager at all to speak to me.
