Wine orders

<p>I am the owner of a 4 star lodge called Komati Gorge Lodge in Mpumalanga. I travel a long distance to Ermelo each week on a Thursday to purchase groceries and wine for the lodge at Checkers Ermelo. About 6 weeks ago I changed the wine menu and went to see the Branch Manager Patrick to make sure he has the wine availible and make up the orders for me. He told me it is not policy to make up orders but he will do it. He also gave me his email and asked for a list of the wines so he can make sure its in stock. Well I am unhappy to say none of this happened! I mail my orders every week with no response. My orders are not made up as promised and all the wines are not in stock. I travel a long way woman alone to support Checkers and they give me the worst possible service! If this is the attitude of the leader in the shop I can just imagine what the rest of the staff is like. I stand red faced when I cant offer my visitors whats on the menu, and this at a 4 star lodge!
