The worst part for me from this is that I know this wont even get attention. I was so badly treated by a checkers staff member and she was so condescending towards me. When greeted friendly she did not even respond, just kept chatting to the other staff member. When I swiped my checkers card, she said this is not your card whose card is it attacking me firstly then when I got a chance to explain my card had broken, she said ja this wont work then in a very bad manner, when asked how I can then get a new card she said system is offline she will not help. When I asked to speak to the manager she laughed and said there he is go speak to him, while all this was happening my fiancé was unpacking the groceries. She did not realize that he can understand what she said when I was walking away(first of all this is so unprofessional to speak about someone badly, A customer... in a language they don't understand ) the manager just shrugged his shoulders and said system offline. When I told him in front of her that her attitude is so bad and unprofessional he just said ok, when my fiancé spoke to him, he just said he will handle it afterwards. Firstly, she did not mind being rude, unprofessional, and it was just fine speaking to me like this in front of all the other customers but she wont be reprimanded in front of everyone she spoke to me badly.

This is just so disappointing to see that the staff members can act as they want and the customers may be treated badly
