Where the HELL is customer service in Checkers?????????????????

<p>I called Checkers Knysna and spoke to Merisha I asked to be transferred to the Money market as I wanted to inquire about a price on some plane tickets. Firstly this Woman has no telephone etiquette secondly she is rude as hell and tells me if I want a price I should get off my ass and come to the store then she hangs up the phone. Now I must go into the store and deal with people like this??? I think not. I rather think Ill go to the local newspaper and maybe some national news papers. absolutely no respect for customers and at the end of the day its actually the customer that pays her salary. I know this as I am also in retail and I will never treat a customer the way I was treated today.<br /><br /></p>
