WHERE IS MY MONEY????

My husband went to go send money at checkers blue route mall and was assisted by a african lady by the surname of Jacobs. He then smsed his sister the numbers and than called her to give her the pin an hour later she calls us back to say she didnt get the money as it was taken already, frustrated my husband goes back to checkers to go get answers but because he cant speak english properly his not taken seriously not even by a MANAGER and only gets told that the money was taken out at Shoprite Ziyabuya I google this shoprite and see its in PE plz tel me how someone in PE got the pin??? I need answers quick! NO I WANT THAT MONEY!!! <br> <br> <br>
