What is the job of a teller (who has ZERO ambition?)

Dear Checkers,

Why dont you remove the money markets from all normal tellers please ?

If a teller look at someone with a bill, the normal reply is "its money market". Then a client needs to show the teller, but their is ZERO ambition to learn !

I now spend R4000 at my local checkers, and the store manager also got cross that I paid billed at tills ....

Seriously, if that is how clients are treated (hello pick and pay rather).
