WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

The sixty60 service is absolutely pathetic! I ordered groceries for delivery, and due to a system glitch on your end, you canceled my delivery without my knowledge. I was greatly inconvenienced and had to reschedule my afternoon to go to the shop myself - which I should have just done in the first place instead of relying on this farce of a service for "convenience". To make matters worse, a month later and I have STILL not received my refund for an order YOU canceled! If that's not enough, I emailed to enquire about this only to be told that I am the one who must follow up with my bank, which I did. There was no error on their part, only checkers, who I again emailed and have not received a reply in FIVE DAYS! More tjan a month and all I have is frustration, groceries never received, emails being ignored and money taken from me. PATHETIC!
