What a disgrace

my wife went in to do monthly shopping. When she was finished she called me to come pay. By that time it was 17h00. I asked the guard to just allow me in to go pay. He said I must ask Tinus, tinus refused. My wife had the leave everything at the till and we left. I will never buy there again and I will tell everybody willing to listen how unhelpful that Checkers is!
