Whale coast mall checkers-no no

Terrible terrible terrible

We thought what a cute little cafe inside checkers. I ordered food and drinks, got out drinks after a reasonable amount of time. Waited 45minutes for our food!! 45MINUTES! When I got to the counter to ask if our food is still coming, all of the 6 staff just looked at me and one another. They never placed my order. Freaking terrible service. I am so disappointed!
