Wet floor

Yesterday about 16h30 I slipped and hurt myself at N1 City Checkers due to the floor being wet. The workers on the floor sloppily walked towards me like he wasn't bothered at all. My fiance and a stanger helped me up, I was in such a shock everyone asked me if I'm fine but I didn't give them any reply. My sister- in law and fiance joined us in checkers and her fiance mentioned it to the guy on the floor that I slipped and got hurt, if he mentioned it to the Manager or HR I have no clue.

I unfortunately did not report it immediately as I recently started my shopping and we depended on a lift home and like I mentioned I was in shock. When we got home later the night I realized my knee got hurt and this morning my left foot on the side was purple/blue. I wanted to report it the next day (today) but I wasn't sure if it was worth it and then nothing happens about it.

Even though I am just bruised and slightly in pain. I have my own business and no work means no pay. I did not ask for this to happen and I would definitely not just fall or slip on the floor for nothing.
