Well done checkers on stepping up your service

Hi, I don't know if checker s have gone through an extreme make over as far as staff training goes, because i would never shop at their store because over the years i have experienced rude, ****** and and unhelpful staff as well as very long ques EVERY time i went there.

A few weeks ago i was force to go to Cresta Checkers because Pick n Pay where i usually shop didn't have an item i was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by both the cashier and the packer who were also super friendly and almost every till was open so the ques were all short. I thought this was a once off so i decided to give the checkers in Fairland walk a try and see if it was the same, and i found my shopping experience Amazing. What a beautifully designed, well stocked store with very friendly and helpful staff to top it off.

I just wanted to say well done Checkers Fairland walk and Cresta Center for restoring my hope in the checkers brand. Fairland walk will be my new regular grocery store.
