Well done Checkers!

I purchased a faulty toy from Checkers. When I realized this I contacted them via e-mail and a consultant called me shortly thereafter. As I am 200km away from my nearest Checkers I could not immediately exchange the toy. They kept it aside & when I was able to visit them again about 1 month after they exchanged the toy with a working one. They immediately knew who I was & why I was there. No hassles! Thank you Checkers for great service!
