WALLET ****** AT PAVILION 06/02/2016

I was shopping at Checkers Hyper, Pavilion on 06/02/2016 and at approx. 15:50pm, my wallet was ****** out of my bag. I immediately phoned my bank, Standard bank, and cancelled my cards. My husband and I went to find security and found them non existent. When we eventually found one, he was very vague, said these things happen. he took me to customer services and the lady called for security. I was taken to the camera room, but upon telling the 3 gentlemen what had happened, I was told I had no right to be in the camera room and I was under no circumstances allowed to see any camera footage!!!!???? Upon asking why, I was told \because you are not authorised to see it\". <br> I was told the only thing I can do is go to the cops. <br> IS THIS HOW YOUR SECURITY TREAT CUSTOMERS????? <br> I am appalled by the way I was treated by the security staff in that room!!! I suffered a genuine loss, was traumatised by the whole ordeal. <br> I am laying an official serious complaint with your security and camera room staff - this behaviour was disgusting! I demand an immediate reply and I WILL be charging you with costs incurred of replacing lost cards, licenses etc etc. BE WARNED!!!! "
