VROT VARK RUINS SUNDAY LUNCH

Something is seriously amiss at this Checkers branch. Apart from rude staff members at the till who can barely greet you while grabbing your money and looking utterly disgusted at having to actually do what they get paid for - we now have the wonderful luxury of being sold ROTTEN PORK!! On 15 March 2015 we bought two vacuum packed packets of pork fillet for Sunday Lunch - marked on the labels with a sell by date of 18 March 2015. At 11:30 on Sunday, 16 March 2015 - just as we are getting ready to cook the pork - we are greeted with the stinking stench of rotten pork!! By then - it was too late to drive all the way back to Checkers to stick the foul smelling meat under their noses and demand a refund - hungry children and lunch guests on the way. Again - we had to hurriedly make another plan to serve something to our guests and children. This is a disgrace - what am I as a consumer expected to do? Cut open the vacuum packs and smell them in store just in case the sell by date is a lie?? You should be ashamed. Sis.
