No wonder your RED is sitting on 62%, you do not value and respect your shoppers

This is my 2nd review in 3 months, your manager Miss Naidoo called to find out more about the complaint, promised to meet and rectify the situation... 3 months down the line, no text nor call from the manager. Even today i experienced RUDENESS, till operator and packer chatting about the weekend as if i was invisible. I had to assume when to tap and and grab my groceries

You can actually learn Naidoo from the Checkers in Northland BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE, pitty they are a bit far

PS: my 16 year old boy is scared of entering the store, he's not used to such behavior from hos elders
