Very very poor manners from staff

After the rumor yesterday of the bottle stores being closed I went to Checkers bottle store at Northgate.There was a long queue of people waiting due to the rumor. The staff including a manager (unfortunately I did not get his name), stood there saw the queue and then closed the bottle store without a word to the customers.The time they slammed the doors was 16h45 which I understand to ensure the customers are out the store before 17h00. There could have been some manners from the staff to come round to the customers and explain that the doors were closing. They were rude and unfriendly and just such a sad state for a huge organization considering the circumstances and pressures people are under. This was truly a very poor show. It would have taken the manage two minutes to explain and send people on their way wanting to come back another day. The way we were all treated was with the thought I hope I never have to go back again. Please train your staff to treat people with respect it does not take a lot of effort and means so much to the people being addressed. Really very poor show from Checkers
