Very very poor customer service

I must say I am very disappointed at the way your staff has no regard for customer service.<br> I went to the Leaping Frog branch around 15:00 to do a simple thing at the money market, but was in the queue for more than 30 minutes.<br> How can you have one person working at the money market counter when you have a queue of 12 - 20 people?<br> While other cashiers are just standing and doing nothing.<br> The managers just walked pass with no intention to intervene to try and give customers a speedy service.<br> <br> The service there is very appalling I must say.
