Very very dissapointed

I am extremely extremely disappointed in my grocery shopping I have done at Checkers Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth. I have over the two past months only had terrible experience with their food experience. I bought 7 packets of chicken fillets all of them was off, sosaties was giving a funny smell. I have in the prevouis month spend more than R3000 their only to receive disappointment. I have phoned varouis times with no answer. Meat is expensive and not a joke. Last month I bought tinkies and izoos biscuits. I bought 6 boxes of tinkies and unfortunately majority of them had no filling, the cookies that my kids love so much was broken. I have had bad experiences before but now I have had it. I love doing my shopping their. To top all of this up I started doing some shopping at PNP hyper also Baywest and their mince is off. I hate complaining but we work ****** hard and this is what we get! The lady at the butcher while I was waiting for my ribs said sorry mam let me rather go get you fresh ones. This is absolutely disgusting!!
