Very very bad service

I was at checker monument krugersdorp to buy my staff and went to the till point to pay my staff it's where I got a very bad service from manager by the name of Reiny she gave me a bad service in which on of the product I took its was not responding with price that I saw from the shelf which I went with the till operator to check price cz on shelf it was 31.99 but on the till it was 64.99and we come back to the till ND the till operator called her manager Reiny and she come and ask me dd I read the pro and I said I only check the price not pro and she said she won't give me the product with the price that I saw cz I'm the one who I moved the ticket. I felt so humiliated and disrespected and falsely accused of moving tickets. I don't why she treat customers like that.
