Very Very bad service

i transfered money via money Makert to my sister in Mthatha E.C. when he got to the shoprite in Mthatha she was told the money has been withdrawn. she was told she must go to the shop she deposited the money they will tell her who took the money where & when. i went there i was told to open a case and i did, went back to them i was told they cant do anything police must investigate. i asked i was told to came back with the case number why are sending me back to the police the lady said. they cant do anything i asked for a manager the lady called some one they laughed on the phone for 5 to 10 min. eventually she said , we can do anything i refuse to go. she went out came back i told me i must come back Monday those people who can help me are not here. I asked her why did you tell me you cant held me but you can why didn't u ask your supervisor if you don't know. and she tells me they can only tell me where the money was withdraw but not by who. Don't the the people who fetch the money have id and cell numbers. why cant i be told who took my money?
