VERY UPSET

Today I have placed an order with you guys and to my surprise, the payment has failed I tried again the something happened when I wanted to try a third time it said insufficient funds

I then check my account and I see that the money was taken from my account not once but twice due to you ****ty app, so not only that I am not getting the products that I have ordered but also my account is empty and I am unable to pay for my debit orders that will be going off tomorrow.

I was using you a lot the past couple of months without any problems until today, I'm really disappointed with your company and I can safely say that you lost a client today, Thank you for making me struggle this month.

Also, I called in to log this dispute and she said she will call me back at 12:30 and she never did.
