Very traumatic experience for my daughter

Yesterday (22/06/24) I sent my daughter to Checkers Hyper at 14th avenue to go and collect money for me from the Money market, first of all she was sent to three different tellers, only to end up back at the money market. Where she was met by a lady called Lebogang, which gave her a very hard time only because my daughter asked for her id back, after Lebogang was done doing what she had to do with it. Lebogang said to my daughter “do you think I can run away with your I.d) so my daughter said, no it’s just an easy thing to forget. However, at this point another lady by the name of Dineo also comes to assist. Then Dineo also comes to assist, saying that she’s coming now, however my daughter never heard her saying that she is coming now, so she asked Lebogang if she should follow Dineo and then Lebogang said to my daughter, didn’t you hear what she said , “she said she’s coming now”, so my daughter apologised to her, and said sorry I didn’t her her. My daughter once again asked for her I.d, and then all of a sudden, Lebogang started announcing to everyone in the Que, how rude my daughter was being. She then said to my daughter, “I don’t have to give you this money, I’m doing you a favour”, after my daughter left the counter and eventually received the money she called me in tears and said, “ is okay if I go to checkers in Emmarentia, I just want to get out of here, and she said she will tell me what happens when she got home”. She told me the what had happened when she got home and I was so mad, because I know my daughter is a soft spoken person, and these two ladies” Lebogang and Dineo, where really intimidating and harassing my child” , I called the store and got hold of the manager “ Rosie” which I told what had Happened, all Rosie could was apologise on there behalf, I will not stop here, to me this behaviour is unacceptable and can guarantee you, 50% of the staff/tellers and packers have bad attitudes, I shop there every weekend, and I have seen the some of the staff’s attitudes first hand. As many people accept this type of service and disrespect, for this reason it is just getting worse. And the owners and shareholders are just getting rich and not worried about what is happening at ground level.
