Very rude worker and an appalling customer service

Yesterday I was at checkers Nicolway Bryanston, I asked the lady at the bakery for hot dog rolls, she says she do t have with an attitude, I asked her to give me the ones she has. When we get at the bakery, I see the Hotdog rolls, I’m like to her “lady, you said there are no hotdog rolls but I see them” then then lady says to me in a rude manner that I didn’t say if I want white ones or the brown ones, then she gives me a high five attitude. I told her not to give me that attitude then she has the nerve to tell me that she will give me that attitude coz she can. I asked for her name she refused and I then asked for her to give me her managers name, she said she doesn’t have a manager. I then went straight to the tills and asked for a manager, then manager came, we went to the lady and she still gave me attitude and even sweared at me infront of other customers saying that “I’m full of **** and that I shouldn’t tell her about customer service” four managers came in to stop her from making noise. And she didn’t even apologize, only her managers apologized. The name of that bakery lady is PRESCILLA MKANSI... she is very rude hey... I have never encountered such in my life.
