Very Rude Manager!!!

<p>I was at your the BALLITO store today coming from work always buy my work &a home stuff because it convinienve for me. I was starving went straight to the food counter ordered two samosas that I started eating while I was shopping for my kids. Took two items realized needed a trolley the big one. I then left the empty packet with Huggies Pampers with Toilet paper and went for a big trolley came back and put everything in the trolley including the R8 samosas packaging that was empty. Finished shopping then went to pay for the items found a gentlemen in the que who said I can go through his waiting for someone. I started taking out the items for the two kids spoke to the ladies asked them to pack separately and I forgot the empty packaging in the big trolley. Total amount due was R688.34 paid by card and the packed my items on another trolley. As I was leaving the same guy who let me in the que stopped me telling forgot to pay for the samosas and I said omg can it was a mistake offered to pay sametime while on the store. He then summoned me to the office and called for his superior guard to tell him and question me. I explained to the guard and they called for the Manager to make a decision. An Indian Gentlemen came through and listened to both of our story side with the guard and he didn't say anything. They then called a lady Manager by the name of Cindy Osman who didn't give me a chance to explain my side of the story only listen to mistery guard who didn't tell me in the que that I forgot to pay for the item and waited for me to leave the counter and stopped me as if I was *****ing. She didn't give me a chance to explain myself and started asking me questions and she was very rude!! And shouting at me saying I was attempting to ***** those items because I have been doing that all along. Tried to explain that I understand it a bad mistake and I am. It saying I wasn't going to pay but it was an honest mistake. She didn't care about what I was saying until she decided to make me pay for it and asked them to take my details. Went to the counter and paid for the samosas added cigarette as well. I then asked her to credit the items I purchased because of the way she spoke to me. Instead of apologizing to me for her disgusting behavior as a Manager she went on and said she call the police to come and arrest me in front of the clients and staff. I felt so humiliated in front of the customers waited for her to credit my card went to pick n Pay and bought the items again! My day was spoilt! I didn't expect that kind of Customer Service from a Manager of such a big store especially in the BALLITO area. Up-Market area full of tourists! I don't see myself going back to that store again because she made me look like a ******** instead of asking me to pay the R8 amount I forgot to pay</p>
