Very Rude Lady

Yesterday while doing my shopping at Checkers Hyper Foresy Hill I met a very rude lady. The lady at the till point was scanning a promo item but the minus wasn't showing. She then called the till manager or whoever this rude Lerato was. Lerato spoke to the cashier in her mouth tongue but she was being absolutely rude. She made as if the cashier was stupid. And kept on asking \is this the first day you working here". Lerato has no way of speaking to her team. I guess she was being rude to the cashier thinking I didn'tunderstand what she was saying.
