very rude brunch manager

<p>I am very disappointed and highly upset with the service I got today from the manager at Checkers Cresta Mall. </p> <p>I do not know if we are undermined due to colour but I felt highly upset and was embarrassed by the whole brunch manger of the store. </p> <p>I want to the cigarette counter to buy n also withdraw. What a sweet lady that was assisting me. </p> <p>I had asked for smokes which she checked for n then told me that did not have.Camel Activate yellow. (Please note you hardly have those in that store) </p> <p>She then gave me a different packet, incorrect one and it had to be removed, by the very same manger with so much attitude. </p> <p>I also wanted to withdraw, which I believe is a facility that Checkers offers. My mistake I took the wrong card out n it declined. After she told me this I checked the message on my phone and I noticed this was the case. </p> <p>When wanting to take the next card out. This side old man with his face pink, showing the amount of fustration and irritation on his face, come shouting across the whole store screaming at me that I am taking too long.</p> <p>The none considerate person came to me, not asking what the problem is, how he may help making sure that everyone in the store can hear how slow and probably how stupid me and the lady at the counter is. From the receipt I got there is no name but the time of the incident was at 16:23:58 on the 07 June 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope this matter is address as I feel as though this was very racial. I may be wrong but that's how looked... very highly undermined. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will be waiting for the response. </p> <p>I asked the ladies at another till for his name but they were evidently very afraid to even give it to me.
