Very rude admin lady

I went to checkers Pretoria north to buy electricity and I was refered to kiosk I queued there as I was waiting to be assisted by the lady that was working there,Charmaine Joubert very rude white lady with black dyed hair came to Kiosk and told to go buy electricity at the money market after queuing for more than ten minutes when I finally got to the till the Charmaine who appeared to very ****** talked to me in a very disrespectful and rude manner infront of customer and I was just not happy,she’s rude and very disrespectful to her customer she doesn’t really derseve to be in the frontline I mean checkers is a big brand we don’t need people that unprofessional and disrespectful.
