Very poor service

Yesterday I went to checkers cascades. I waited for 10 minutes in the bakery section to be served. Nobody pitched up. I eventually tried calling the store, making several calls and being kept on hold forever I eventually spoke to a manager who came to assist.. He apologized and mumbled something about a change of shift at 18h00 it was 18h21 so I didn't understand what he was on about and too angry to care. This is not the only time. Sometimes the bakery staff keep u waiting while they do other things- not serving customers

The veg section is the same. The person supposed to be weighing stuff is never there... you always have to wait or walk around looking for someone to help you.

I think its pathetic service...
