Very poor service

I visited Checkers Oceans Mall today and I was assisted by a very nice cashier Smangele. She then needed help to amend a transaction and called on a very condescending Deline Maharimood(I stand corrected on the spelling) apparently she was the one standing in for the store manager. This lady was reprimanding Smangele right infront of me and she seemed very annoyed that Smangele had called her in the first place, she didn't even greet me, such poor service.
