Very Disappointed at Checkers Empangeni

On the 06.04 .2021 i went to checkers at Empangeni to get a grant for my mother as she cant be in town with the number of people since we are still experiencing the Pandemic in our country So it happened that i went to checkers i have join the que and time was around 16h00 in the afternoon so i had for few customers who were infront of me ,so when i get to the POS i was helped by the lady name Nomcebo Mchunu i than request an amount of R1890.00 and she said shes doesnt have R10.00 to give or R20.00 i must find another person to assist as she was saying that she didn't bother to seek for assistance from another person or from her controlers i than went to the next till and i had to wait for another trolley to get finish and by the time when the lady got finished .she said she doesn't have money as well and she spoke to the same Nomcebo to say shes gonna give her change she than took my staff to her again and i had to go back to her again as i was waiting she didn't bother to assist me but she carried on with her que until asked why she is not helping me ...hhhei she took me off infront of everyone in the store i didnt say anything ..than she took my staff and scan them and she swiped the card and the card declined not becoz the card doesn't have money but becoz she put the wrong amount and when i told her the card is declined she looked at me like i am a trash or i dont exist like Up and down ...i felt tears and i wanted to say something but i couldn't say a word i took the card and left the store and went to Pick n pay as my mother needed the money

So after i went to Pick n pay i felt the pain and everything So i went back to checkers to advice the management about the incident they called her infront of me still the lady didn't see her mistake she shouted me infront of her managers After sometime she said sorry i left the store.after 5min she came to me to say she is apologizing but still im not finding it very appropriate ... I was dearly disappointed by this lady Nomcebo Mchunu i always shop at checkers and o never received such treatment to any of their staff o even give a compliment to one of their supervisors ...but as for this lady i will never forget the way i was treated in that store Everytime when i go there it will be memorable I hope and believed that the management has done what is required from that lady
