VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

On the 19th of February 2021 18:31 i went to checkers hyper to buy ribs and other stuff, we took everything we needed and left, when we arrived home my husband then prepared ribs and i was very disappointed when i tasted the ribs cause they had a funny smell as well as a funny taste, when i checked the package the ribs expired on the 18th of feb so im failing to understand why they were still packed.

I was really upset cause im 20 weeks pregnant and started having a stomach bug after i tasted the ribs.

WHY IS EXPIRED FOOD NOT REMOVED FROM YOUR SHELVES CAUSE NOT EVERYONE CHECKS EXPIRY DATES, I FOR ONE DONT CHECK EXPIRY DATES ESPECIALLY WHEN I SHOP AT CHECKERS CAUSE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH.
