Very disappointed.

Both myself and my fiancée ordered goods from Checkers Sixty60 app and we were overcharged. Two amounts go off your account and their reply email to us when this was queried was, it's our financial institutions responsibility to refund which could take up to 10 days. Well it's been two weeks!!! I do take this seriously and believe it could be ***** from either party. Bottom line is, have now deleted the Sixty60 App and chose to use PnPay Bottles. Could somebody do something please????? I have to add, the actual delivery process was good and the staff very kind and professional. Such a pity!!
