Very bad service!

Sixty60 by checkers is very stressful with their useless drivers. Received a call from the driver when I stepped outside the driver and my delivery is not there. The app says my order was delivered. To who???? Call center told me their operations team will revert back to me and I will receive my parcel in 10 minutes.
