Very bad service

On the 20th of July I made a purchase only to receive few of my items while most where out of stock but my money was reseved by checkers.its been more that 10 days wasting my airtime and data asking for my refund until today I have not received anything you call in their consultants are just rude and clue less I just want my money back checkers sixty that's all I'm asking 4.and iwill never use that service anymore what an inconvenience
