Very bad service

Hello Peter I don't know if this is the correct platform but I am very angry and disappointed with the service that I got from the security guard of Checkers Klerksdorp Matlosana mall the lady who was on duty on the 05th of July 2020 wich was today on a Tuesday at exactly 05:40 was really rude to both me and my 2 year old daughter who was in the trolly that I was pushing , she took the trolly that had the baby inside and pushed it to the side and it hit the glass door mind you my daughter was inside that trolly , she ddnt communicate with me nor apologize to me even after she saw that my daughter is crying and she is traumatized .the security company that is helping checkers with security guards must take them back for re-training cos they are not properly trained and it's not even the first time that I get such treatment from checkers .
