Very bad customer service from a Line manager

Checkers - The Square Shopping Centre @Sunninghill has the most empathetic line managers, especially this short light skinned lady that was in-store on date 2023/12/13 at about 16:40. she needs to be taken for induction again and taught how to speak to customers. She treats customers like animals and i treat my dogs better.

for some reason all tills at this store have no cash when the time is 16:40 is there a reason for this ?

the same line manager needs to stop making fun of the new employees and rather help them get comfortable with the job sies maan
