Very Bad customer service early in the morning

I arrived at Checkers with two colleagues to buy snoek fish this morning. Enos Mauwane was on duty and he looked at us and continued with whatever else he was doing without greeting us or letting us know we'll be attended to. After a while he attended us. He put three big pieces of fish on a foam plate that he had halved. We asked for a bigger foam plate and said he didn't have any, meanwhile we were looking at a whole stack. We then asked him to season our fish with spice and lemon juice. He said he didn't have lemon juice. We asked him to get it for us. He said he doesn't just take it from the shelves, he has to buy it(as if that was a very complicated transaction that we knew nothing about). And he was only going to buy it around 11 am(about three hours later). We proceeded to look for the manager(Mphe Munjelele) and told him our problem. The manager literally ran to that section with lemon juice and professionally confronted to Enos about the issue, explaining to him that customers must get lemon juice with fish and there was no excuse. To our shock, Enos insulted the manager in front of us without any regard, empathy or care for anyone else. This continued until we left.
